This job certainly tested us today! A customer called up with a water leak directly below a new fully tiled bathroom. Thinking tiles and floorboards needed to come up, we managed to locate the leak making just 1 hole in the ceiling below, only to discover a mountain of pipework. After working out a plan, the pipework was cut out, few tweaks here and there, new pipework soldered in place, then water back on and running hot again with no leaks. Very satisfying job this one and another happy customer!
