Unfortunately for this customer, they had a leak from their kitchen, which also spread to the downstairs W/C and hallway.
This meant insurances needed to be involved, but Aqua Heat Assure were instructed by the customer to help organise the quotes and contractors to put everything back to how it was before.
After several months, we were able to get in, once it was dry and signed off, a new kitchen was fitted, downstairs door frames, skirting boards, tiling works, full decoration and even upgraded the radiator in the W/C and kitchen.
Finally, these lovely customers got their dream new build home back after a 7 month nightmare, which we were so pleased to be able to help them with.
Our aim was to get it back to how it was before, but in our opinion it’s even better! Thank you to @365carpentryltd @schwedstiling for their help in this project assisting Aqua Heat Assure.
