Had this tricky one today in Andover, after our client called up with water flowing through the ceiling.

After investigation, we found the 22mm polyfit elbow was leaking but unfortunately this was in a void behind the boiler.

After removing a section of floor and a hole in the wall void, we managed to thread a new section of pipe in, bypassing the old leak, to save ripping walls down.

Tested and all put back with minimal damage #plumbing #heating #maintainence #leakdetection #emergencycallouts
