This is one of the reasons why you should service your boiler annually!

This Main boiler was just over 2 years old and had a leak, which would have been picked up on its annual service. Not only does a service check that the boiler is working correctly and safety, a visual check is also made on the boiler and system, to make sure everything is ok.

Unfortunately, this was condemned in the week, so had to be replaced with a new Glowworm Energy 15r.

Although the customer now gets a 10 year warranty with their new boiler, this wouldn’t have had to be replaced, if they had this serviced annually.
